A well-established bakery and dessert shop in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef / Baker to join our team. Candidates with strong experience in bakery production, pastry making, cake preparation, and dessert preparation are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare a variety of bakery products, pastries, cakes, desserts, and sweet items according to shop standards.
• Handle daily production, preparation, portioning, and presentation of bakery items.
• Prepare cake decorations, pastry fillings, creams, and dessert components.
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent taste and quality.
• Manage dough preparation, baking processes, and finishing techniques.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and preparation areas.
• Follow food safety procedures and Kuwait health regulations.
• Support the kitchen and bakery team during busy working hours.

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, Baker, Cake Maker, or Dessert Chef.
• Experience in bakery, pastries, cakes, and dessert preparation.
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and bakery equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be currently available in Kuwait (Local Hire Only).
