Hiring Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer in Kuwait
A leading enterprise solutions provider in Kuwait specializing in smart security, access control, queue management, and biometric time & attendance systems is hiring a dynamic Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and live demonstrations of biometric access control, queue systems, and ID solutions to clients.
- Install, configure, and commission hardware devices, biometric terminals, gate turnstiles, and enterprise server software.
- Troubleshoot database integrations with Microsoft Access, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Configure local area network (LAN) communication protocols, IP addressing, and firewall routing for security devices.
- Deliver user training workshops to corporate IT administrators and provide reliable post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent Technical Diploma.
- Demonstrated background in Access Control, Time & Attendance, Queue Management, or CCTV networking.
- Strong grasp of relational databases (SQL, MySQL) and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
- Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable residency permit.
