We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to join our team and support procurement operations by ensuring the efficient sourcing and purchasing of materials and services.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong supplier management experience, negotiation skills, and a background in procurement and purchasing operations.

Position: Purchase Officer
Location: Kuwait

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities in line with company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and pricing.
• Compare quotations and conduct supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Process purchase orders and monitor order status.
• Source materials and identify reliable suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company procedures and policies.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in supplier coordination and vendor management.
• Proven ability to negotiate prices and commercial terms.
• Experience in purchase order processing and procurement documentation.
• Knowledge of sourcing materials and evaluating supplier quotations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
