We're Hiring: Purchasing Officer | Kuwait

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team and support procurement, sourcing, and supplier management activities.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management experience, and a solid understanding of purchasing operations.

Position: Purchasing Officer
Location: Kuwait

 Source products, materials, and services from local and international suppliers

 Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors

 Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing processes

 Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements

 Track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance

 Maintain purchasing records, contracts, and procurement documentation

 Support inventory and supply chain requirements

 Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures

 Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management preferred)

 Minimum 3–5 years of relevant purchasing experience

 Previous procurement experience in Kuwait preferred

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with local and international suppliers

 Experience using ERP systems

 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

 Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
