Al Karam Al Arabi for Catering Services is looking for an experienced QHSE Supervisor to join its team in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in quality assurance, health & safety, food safety management, and catering operations.

Position: QHSE Supervisor

Company: Al Karam Al Arabi for Catering Services

Location: Kuwait

Salary: KD 500–550 per month

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Implement and monitor Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor food preparation, storage, and catering operations to ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver food safety and HSE training to staff.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across catering operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial catering and hospitality.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

  • Food Science
  • Food Technology
  • Environmental Health
  • Occupational Health & Safety
  • Engineering
  • Related Discipline

• Strong knowledge of:

  • HACCP
  • ISO 22000
  • Food Safety Systems
  • QHSE Standards

• Relevant food safety and QHSE certifications are preferred.

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license is mandatory.

• Must currently reside in Kuwait.

• Transferable Article 18 Residency required.

• Available to join within one month (preferred).
