Eligibility

• Female candidates only.
• Must currently be based in Kuwait.
• Transferable Article 18 residency required.
• Available for immediate joining.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience as a Store Associate.
• Experience in fashion and footwear retail brands.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
