Hiring – Quality Assurance Inspector
Alhasawi Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join its Quality Assurance Department at the manufacturing facility in Sulaibiya, Kuwait.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or refrigeration industries who are committed to maintaining high product quality and production standards.
Job Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Conduct inspections using standard quality control procedures and measuring instruments.
- Identify product defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and manufacturing standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control inspection role.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good knowledge of quality control standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
- Experience in the manufacturing or refrigeration industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the 7 QC Tools will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait will be given preference.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
