Hiring Residential Villa Site Civil Engineer in Kuwait
A premier civil engineering and luxury villa construction contracting company in Salmiya, Kuwait, is hiring a seasoned Site Civil Engineer with 7 to 12 years of specialized expertise in residential structural execution and turnkey villa finishes.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise day-to-day site execution for reinforced concrete substructures, superstructures, and architectural villa finishes.
- Review structural and architectural drawings, verify bar bending schedules (BBS), and coordinate site execution with subcontractors.
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards in accordance with Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) specifications.
- Conduct joint site inspections with PAHW consultants and municipal building inspectors for progressive stage sign-offs.
- Track project milestones, control material wastage, and maintain site safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 7 to 12 years of proven villa and residential construction experience in Kuwait.
- Mandatory official Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) approval.
- Valid Kuwait driving license and proficiency in Arabic and English communication.
- In-depth knowledge of site execution, structural drawings, and cost estimation.
