Hiring Restaurant Cashier & Accountant in Kuwait
A well-known Indian restaurant chain in Kuwait is recruiting an experienced Cashier with strong accounting capabilities to manage daily cash register operations and restaurant sales bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer cash, K-Net, and credit card payments at the restaurant billing counter.
- Operate restaurant POS billing software, generate daily sales summaries, and balance cash drawers.
- Record restaurant supplier bills, monitor food cost disbursements, and manage petty cash accounts.
- Reconcile daily food delivery platform sales (Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez) with POS reports.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and assist in monthly accounting closures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a cashier or billing accountant in restaurants or food service businesses.
- Proficient in handling restaurant POS systems and basic MS Excel.
- Honest, reliable, and capable of working in a busy dining environment.
- Valid transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate start.
