• Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant teams to achieve operational goals.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

  • Food Cost
  • Labor Cost
  • Wastage Control
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Revenue Performance

• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer experience.

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Oversee staffing, recruitment support, scheduling, and workforce planning.

• Train, coach, and develop team members.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and brand standards.

• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) restaurant operations.
• Previous experience in Restaurant Management, Assistant Management, or Supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience managing large restaurant teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Track record of achieving operational and financial KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
