Hiring Restaurant Receptionist & Floor Staff in Kuwait
Yummy Fried Chicken, a popular fast-service dining destination in Farwaniya, Kuwait, is urgently recruiting energetic female staff to handle front-of-house guest reception, telephone orders, and dining room cleanliness.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome dining patrons warmly, provide menu recommendations, and guide guests to available seating.
- Answer telephone inquiries, take takeaway food orders accurately, and manage delivery platform dispatches.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are packaged cleanly and served promptly.
- Oversee front-of-house dining cleanliness, table sanitization, and condiment station restocking.
- Process point-of-sale payments and resolve customer requests with courteous hospitality.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience in casual restaurants, cafes, or retail environments.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette, positive attitude, and clear communication in English.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and capable of working active restaurant shifts.
- Transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate employment.
