Hiring Restaurant Waiter & Dining Staff in Kuwait
Aamal Holding, a prestigious hospitality group operating premium casual dining venues in Kuwait, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Waiter to join their dining team.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome dining patrons, seat guests comfortably, present menus, and answer questions about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using digital handheld POS terminals.
- Serve freshly prepared meals and beverages promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Bus tables, sanitize dining surfaces, and reset place settings swiftly for incoming guests.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen crew and service baristas to ensure smooth floor operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or food runner in full-service restaurants or hotels.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and readiness to work shift hours.
- Transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18); available for immediate start.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 200 KD per month
