Hiring Retail Boutique Sales Associate in Kuwait
A commercial retail boutique located in Salmiya Block 2, Kuwait, is looking for an active and persuasive Sales Associate for a retail position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving at the boutique, provide product demonstrations, and guide them in selecting suitable merchandise.
- Arrange showcase shelves, ensure attractive display layouts, and maintain organized inventory racks.
- Process point-of-sale cash and K-Net card payments accurately while issuing customer invoices.
- Monitor retail stock levels, check barcode labels, and report fast-moving products to store management.
- Ensure the sales floor remains tidy, secure, and visually appealing throughout operating hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, fashion boutiques, or electronic shop customer assistance.
- Polite, helpful customer communication skills in English and basic Arabic.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working retail floor shifts.
- Residing in Kuwait with transferable visa or valid work authorization.
