Hiring Retail & Social Media Sales Assistant in Kuwait
A growing fashion and retail lifestyle boutique in Kuwait is urgently seeking a vibrant, creative, and competent Retail & Social Media Sales Assistant to join its shop in Khaitan, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in boutique shoppers, demonstrate product features, and recommend suitable fashion collections.
- Manage online retail sales inquiries across social media channels including TikTok and Facebook.
- Create engaging short product showcase videos and live-stream promotions to drive store footfall and online orders.
- Package online customer orders securely and coordinate with dispatch couriers for prompt deliveries.
- Process cash, K-Net, and credit card payments on the retail POS checkout counter accurately.
- Maintain pristine store visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and organizing display racks.
- Deliver friendly, polite, and enthusiastic customer service across all interactions.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in retail showroom sales or social media e-commerce customer support.
- Strong familiarity with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for retail engagement.
- Presentable, polite, energetic personality with a confident customer communication style.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or Article 22).
- Good communication skills in English and basic Arabic.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
