Safety Officer Job in Kuwait

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Safety Officers to join our Facility Management (FM) team in Kuwait.

If you have strong GCC experience and a solid background in health, safety, and environmental compliance, we would like to hear from you.

Safety Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Diploma in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
• International safety certifications such as:
  • NEBOSH
  • IOSH
  • OSHA
  • Or equivalent certifications
• Minimum 5–8 years of GCC experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Health & Safety regulations
  • Risk assessment procedures
  • Environmental and workplace safety standards
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety compliance on-site

• Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Conduct:
  • Safety inspections
  • Risk assessments
  • Safety audits
• Prepare HSE reports and documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure implementation of company safety policies and procedures
• Promote a strong safety culture across operations
