Job Vacancy: Safety Supervisor

A company in Kuwait is urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Supervisor to join its team. Candidates with strong safety experience in power plants, desalination plants, construction, or other high-risk industries are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise daily safety activities at the project/site.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure workers follow safe working practices and site regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Assist in identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and safety violations to management.
• Support emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Ensure high-risk activities are performed according to approved safety procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • Power plants
  • Desalination plants
  • Construction
  • Other high-risk industries
• Technical Degree OR NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent.
• GWO Basic Safety Training – Mandatory.
• GWO Enhanced First Aid – Mandatory.
• GWO Control of Hazardous Energies – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and risk management.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates must currently be in Kuwait.
