Ace Hardware Kuwait (Alhasawi Group) is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and knowledgeable Sales Associates to join its team at the Khiran Showroom.

Position: Sales Associate

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and project requirements.
• Provide professional product recommendations and technical guidance.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support daily showroom operations and merchandising activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain product knowledge across assigned categories.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly showroom environment.

• Previous retail sales experience in hardware, DIY, or home improvement retail.

• Strong product knowledge or experience in one or more of the following categories:

  • Hardware
  • Tools
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Paint
  • Lighting
  • Lawn & Garden
  • Storage Solutions
  • Automotive Products

• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.

• Transferable Article 18 Visa is mandatory.

• Must be willing to relocate and work in Khiran.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
