Hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for a car rental company. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and leading customer‑facing sales activities.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.

• Manage key accounts and build relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.

• Lead sales activities including client visits, presentations, and negotiations.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

• Coordinate with operations and admin to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably in car rental, automotive, or travel services).

• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Arab nationalities only.

• Female candidates only.

• Age: 28–35 years.

• Immediate residency transfer available; candidate must be ready to join immediately.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client‑management skills.

• Salary: Determined during interview based on experience.
