Urgent Hiring – Sales & Marketing Engineer
HAWA Al Khaleej / MTCP is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our growing team in Kuwait. Candidates with experience in HVAC, MEP products, and Oil & Gas sectors are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote HVAC, MEP, and industrial products to potential clients.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on projects, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand customer databases.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for customer requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the Kuwait market.
- Experience in HVAC systems, MEP products, and/or Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa required.
- Immediate joining preferred.
