Role Summary

Hiring a motivated Salesman to promote and sell coffee beans to cafés, hotels, and restaurants. The role requires field sales, relationship building, and a strong drive to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell coffee beans and related products to cafés, hotels, and restaurants.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Meet sales targets and report progress regularly.

• Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment and follow up on deliveries and payments.

Requirements

• Nationality: Indian or Pakistani.

• Driving: Valid driving license and must own a car.

• Experience: Previous sales experience preferred, especially in food & beverage; self‑motivated and target driven.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

• Attributes: Reliable, presentable, and able to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary: 400–450 KWD depending on experience.

• Commission: Attractive commission structure on sales.

• Other: Travel allowance and performance incentives may apply.
