Senior Estimation Manager (Electrical / Mechanical) Required

A reputed company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Senior Estimation Manager to lead the Tendering & Estimation Department for EPC and construction projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15–20 years of proven experience in Tendering & Estimation for EPC/Construction projects.
• Strong experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical estimation.

• Lead and manage the Tendering & Estimation Department.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial bids.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering studies.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant tenders.
• Support contract negotiations and project handover activities.

• Strong background in:
  • Electrical estimation

  • Oil & Gas projects
  • Building construction projects
• Knowledge of international standards and contract conditions.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership abilities.
