A leading technology services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Operations Engineer to be deployed onsite at one of Kuwait's most prestigious financial institutions.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network security operations
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is highly preferred

• Manage and optimize Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
• Configure and maintain Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
• Administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
• Manage Secure Web Gateway and Web Proxy Security platforms
• Handle Email Security Gateway solutions including anti-spam, anti-phishing, and malware protection
• Deploy and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• Administer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platforms
• Monitor security events and investigate incidents
• Conduct firewall rule reviews and policy optimization
• Support compliance with financial sector security standards
• Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and application teams
• Prepare technical reports and operational documentation

Candidates should possess strong experience with most of the following:

 Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Check Point Firewalls
 Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
 Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
 Secure Web Gateway / Proxy Security
 Email Security Platforms
 Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
 VPN & Remote Access Security
 SSL Inspection
 Network Security Monitoring
 Incident Response & Threat Mitigation
 Security Policy Management
 Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Industry certifications such as:
  • Fortinet NSE / FCP
  • PCNSE
  • CCNP Security
  • Equivalent cybersecurity certifications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Transferable Article 18 Residency

 Available to work onsite at the customer's premises
