🌟 About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and process‑driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and transform our operational structure into one of the region’s most efficient and respected landscaping operations platforms.
- Lead all operational activities across maintenance, implementation, logistics, and field coordination
- Establish structured operational systems aligned with premium service standards
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, reporting structures, and accountability systems
- Improve company‑wide operational efficiency and execution quality
- Supervise daily deployment of field teams, vehicles, equipment, and resources
- Monitor project and maintenance execution standards across active sites
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
- Build KPI‑driven dashboards and reporting structures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 7–10 years of professional operational management experience
- Previous experience in logistics, facility management, or large‑scale field operations
- Background in companies such as DHL, IKEA, AGILITY or similar preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- KPI systems
- SOP development
- Fleet coordination
- Operational reporting
- ERP knowledge: Odoo, Oracle, SAP preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
