We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of IT solutions, including software and hardware. The ideal candidate is target‑driven, experienced in consultative selling, and able to build long‑term client relationships across corporate accounts in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing B2B opportunities.

• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.

• Present and demo solutions tailored to client needs and ROI.

• Achieve sales targets and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

• Prepare proposals and contracts and follow through to successful implementation.

• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

• Coordinate internally with technical, delivery, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Report sales activity and pipeline status to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales; IT or software solutions experience preferred.

• Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Attributes: Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Logistics: Must own a vehicle and hold a valid Kuwait driving license.

• Visa: Transferable visa Article 18 required.

• Availability: Ready to join as per employer timelines.
