Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to grow B2B sales of IT software and hardware solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and building long‑term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate is target‑oriented, experienced in IT sales, and able to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and identify qualified leads in the B2B segment.

• Promote and sell company IT products and solutions (software and hardware).

• Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and manage key accounts.

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales; IT/software solutions experience preferred.

• Track record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, closing, and relationship‑building skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Attitude: Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.

• Mobility: Own vehicle and valid Kuwait driving license required for client visits.

• Visa: Transferable visa (Article 18) required.

• Education: Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
