Job Vacancy: Site Engineer – Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in commercial, retail, and office fit-out projects, along with good knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site coordination.

• Supervise daily site activities for fit-out and interior construction projects.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and report any delays or site issues.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and other project teams.
• Inspect completed work to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure proper use and installation of fit-out materials.
• Identify site problems and provide practical technical solutions.
• Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams regarding site requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
• Ensure health, safety, and site procedures are followed.
• Support project completion within the required timeline and budget.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out projects.
• Experience in commercial, retail, office, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out techniques, construction materials, and site practices.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency required.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License required.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
