Hiring Social Media Live Sales Associate in Kuwait
A dynamic e-commerce fashion retailer and commercial boutique in Kuwait is urgently seeking a charismatic, diligent, and competent Social Media Live Sales Associate to join its team in Hawally, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Host engaging live-stream sales sessions across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to showcase products.
- Demonstrate clothing, fashion accessories, and beauty products with enthusiastic and persuasive presentation.
- Interact dynamically with live viewers, answering product questions and driving instant digital order conversions.
- Prepare live-stream backdrops, lighting equipment, sample collections, and promotional discount offers.
- Coordinate with retail store staff to pack and fulfill orders generated during online broadcasting.
- Analyze live stream engagement metrics, viewer retention, and sales revenues to improve broadcast strategies.
- Adhere strictly to company brand values and professional digital broadcasting guidelines.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in retail sales, social media hosting, or live-stream e-commerce broadcasting.
- Charismatic camera presence, persuasive sales flair, and energetic presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Tagalog communication is an added advantage.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- High degree of punctuality, creativity, and customer engagement ability.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
