Hiring Specialty Cafe Barista & Waiter in Kuwait
A trendy specialty coffee house and artisan cafe situated in Kuwait City, Kuwait is recruiting passionate Waiters & Baristas.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Dial in commercial espresso grinders daily, pulling consistent, balanced espresso shots.
- Steam micro-foam milk and pour latte art designs on flat whites, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
- Brew manual pour-overs (V60, Chemex, Aeropress) showcasing distinctive single-origin flavor profiles.
- Greet cafe guests courteously, explain bean roast origins, take orders, and serve bakery items.
- Maintain immaculate cafe counter sanitation, cleaning steam wands, espresso groupheads, and grinders.
- Provide welcoming, attentive customer hospitality in a fast-paced boutique cafe environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in specialty coffee shops, cafes, or dining lounges.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handler Health Card is strictly required (expired cards not accepted).
- Must hold valid normal/VIP Kuwait transferable residency (Small project/factory visas not accepted).
- Salary: 200 - 250 KD based on skill assessment.
- Immediate joining availability.
