Hiring Specialty Coffee Barista in Kuwait
A modern specialty coffee brand in Al-Rai, Kuwait, is searching for a talented and passionate Barista to craft artisanal hot and cold beverages and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Calibrate espresso grinders, dial in espresso beans, and extract specialty coffees to precise extraction recipes.
- Steam silky microfoam milk and pour latte art designs across cappuccinos, flat whites, and lattes.
- Prepare artisanal Matcha lattes, iced specialty blends, and traditional Turkish coffee with authentic brewing technique.
- Provide hospitable and informed beverage recommendations to customers, detailing bean origins and flavor notes.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness across espresso machines, grinders, cold brew stations, and service counters.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a specialty coffee barista with strong mastery of coffee brewing methods.
- Extensive experience in crafting Matcha and Turkish coffee preparations.
- Valid Article 18 transferable residency; available to join immediately.
- Presentable, well-groomed appearance with positive customer service communication.
