Hiring Specialty Coffee Barista in Kuwait
A renowned cafe and specialty coffee brand with premium branches throughout Kuwait is recruiting vibrant and friendly female Baristas to join their busy Farwaniya branch team.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare artisanal coffee beverages including espresso, flat whites, cortados, and specialty cold brews.
- Steam silky micro-foam milk and execute creative latte art designs on hot beverages.
- Calibrate espresso grinder settings and maintain correct extraction times throughout shift rotations.
- Warmly welcome cafe guests, take food and beverage orders, and operate the point-of-sale touch terminal.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness across brewing counters, espresso group heads, and dining spaces.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a barista in coffee shops, casual dining, or boutique cafes in Kuwait.
- Pleasant customer service personality, high grooming standards, and fluent English.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and beverage preparation standards.
- Valid Article 18 or 22 transferable residency; available for immediate joining.
