🔹 Open Leadership Positions
✅ Senior Leadership – Logistics & Import/Export Division
Key Expertise Required:
- 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of freight operations, customs clearance, shipping documentation, trade compliance
- Experience managing international shipments & agent networks
- Business development & commercial operations background
- Knowledge of FMS/TMS systems & logistics technology platforms
- Strong leadership & operational coordination skills
Role Overview: Establish and lead the department, oversee logistics operations,
improve efficiency, and implement scalable systems for long-term expansion.
✅ Senior Leadership – Building Materials & MEP Products Division
Key Expertise Required:
- 10+ years in building materials, MEP products, industrial supply, or construction trading
- Technical knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil materials
- Procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier coordination experience
- Proven project sales & business development in construction/industrial sectors
- Strong leadership in managing teams, operations, and commercial growth
Role Overview: Lead the division, manage supplier/client relationships, oversee project sales, and establish scalable systems for growth.
✅ Senior Leadership – Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems Division
Key Expertise Required:
- 10+ years in ELV systems, security systems, or low voltage solutions
- Knowledge of CCTV, ACS, PAS, structured cabling, data networks, ELV solutions
- Experience in project management, system integration, installation coordination
- Business development in project sales & contractor coordination
- Strong leadership in technical operations and compliance
Role Overview: Establish and grow the ELV division, oversee operations, support business development, and implement scalable systems for sustainable expansion.
🔹 General Requirements
- Strong leadership, operational management, and business development skills
- Experience building systems, workflows, SOPs, and scalable structures
- Excellent communication & client management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and lead organizational growth initiatives
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi preferred
