Armada Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead its fashion retail operations in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for retail professionals with a strong background in fashion retail management, team leadership, sales performance, and customer experience excellence.

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the retail team.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Supervise cash handling and store financial procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experiences.
• Monitor store KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Fashion Retail Store Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Management
  • Marketing
  • Fashion
  • Related Field

• Excellent command of Arabic and English.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.

• Proven sales and customer service experience.

• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.

• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
