Experienced, results‑driven Supply Chain Manager required to manage and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role focuses on procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

• Oversee inventory management: set reorder points, optimize stock levels, and reduce obsolescence.

• Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery and minimize lead times.

• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for supply chain functions.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, sales, finance) to align supply chain plans with business needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.

• 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics; experience in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG preferred.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation.

• Proven vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and KPI tracking experience.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Immediate availability and ability to work onsite.
