Position: Talent Acquisition Officer

Location: Kuwait

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Source and headhunt qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct search methods.
• Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews.
• Coordinate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
• Manage job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and induction programs.
• Maintain recruitment databases, records, and hiring metrics.
• Provide recruitment updates and reports to management.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional approach to candidate and stakeholder management.
