We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Transport Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily transportation operations and ensuring efficient and safe fleet performance.

• Transferable Visa 18 (mandatory)
• Age: 25 – 45 years
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management
• Preferred nationalities:
  • Indian
  • Bangladeshi
  • Filipino
• Language skills:
  • Hindi / Urdu
  • Tamil / Telugu
  • Tagalog (advantage)
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license is an advantage
• Ready to join immediately

• Coordinate and supervise daily transport and logistics operations
• Manage and monitor driver performance and attendance
• Plan and optimize routes for efficient delivery and transportation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections
• Track fleet performance and report operational data
• Resolve transport-related issues promptly
• Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources
