The selected candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes, lifting heavy materials, and ensuring all lifting operations are completed efficiently while following workplace safety standards.
Crane Operator Responsibilities
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections before operation
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and ground personnel during lifting operations
- Maintain crane equipment in good working condition
- Report any mechanical issues immediately
- Complete assigned lifting tasks within scheduled timelines
- Experience operating mobile or tower cranes
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures
- Ability to read and follow lifting instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical fitness and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator preferred
- Valid crane operator certification or license (if required)
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts
- Immediate availability is an advantage
