Hiring VMC & Plastic Machine Operator in Kuwait
A leading industrial manufacturing enterprise in Kuwait is urgently seeking a qualified, diligent, and competent VMC & Plastic Machine Operator to join its team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily assigned Vertical Machining Center (VMC) and plastic processing duties per technical specifications.
- Setup CNC tooling, program coordinates, and spindle feeds to fabricate precision molds and dies.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency, workpiece accuracy, and professional machine shop execution.
- Operate plastic injection and thermoforming equipment safely to manufacture customized accessories.
- Inspect dimensions against technical CAD blueprints using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges.
- Ensure proper care, preventive maintenance, and cleaning of machining centers and work bays.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait Labor Law regulations and company health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
Requirements
- 2-6 Years of relevant VMC / CNC machining experience in Kuwait or GCC preferred.
- Mechanical Trade Diploma or Tool & Die Certification as required for the role.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18 or 22).
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties independently and in team environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
