Vacancy – Walkie-Talkie Radio Engineer / Technician
A company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is looking for a skilled and motivated Radio Communication Engineer / Technician to join its Radio Communication Department.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Walkie-Talkie, Two-Way Radio, RF communication systems, repeaters, antennas, and related equipment.
Job Responsibilities- Install and maintain Walkie-Talkie / Two-Way Radio systems.
- Program and configure radio communication devices.
- Troubleshoot radio communication and signal-related problems.
- Diagnose coverage and communication issues at customer sites.
- Install and test repeaters, duplexers, antennas, and RF equipment.
- Perform radio coverage testing and basic RF troubleshooting.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of radio communication equipment.
- Repair and service radio devices when required.
- Conduct site installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Provide technical support during field installations.
- Follow safety procedures and company technical standards.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Two-Way Radio or RF Communication.
- Practical knowledge of Walkie-Talkie and radio communication systems.
- Knowledge of VHF/UHF, repeaters, duplexers, and antennas.
- Experience with Motorola, Vertex Standard, Hytera, or similar radio systems is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at customer locations and perform field installations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, technically minded, and willing to work on-site.
