Job Vacancy: Welder / Fabricator / Helper

A Civil & Prefabricated Structures Subcontractor in Kuwait is urgently looking for experienced and hardworking Welders, Fabricators, and Helpers to join its team.

Candidates with practical experience in sandwich panel work, steel fabrication, welding, and general civil works are preferred. Workers who can handle multiple types of tasks will have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding work according to project requirements.
• Work with steel and fabricated structures.
• Carry out welding and related metalwork safely and accurately.
• Assist with fabrication and installation activities.
• Follow drawings, measurements, and supervisor instructions where applicable.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment properly.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform steel fabrication and assembly work.
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare steel components.
• Assist with sandwich panel and prefabricated structure works.
• Support installation and modification activities.
• Handle different fabrication tasks according to project requirements.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas properly.
• Follow safety standards and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily work.
• Load, unload, and move steel, panels, tools, and materials.
• Prepare materials and tools for fabrication and installation.
• Support general civil and construction activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite.
• Assist skilled workers with various tasks as required.
• Follow company and site safety procedures.

• Experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or Helper is preferred.
• Experience in sandwich panel work is an advantage.
• Practical experience in steel fabrication and welding preferred.
• General civil/construction experience is an advantage.
• Workers capable of handling multiple types of work are preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform site-based duties.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Visa Status 18 is mandatory.
