We are Hiring Accountant – Finance & Banking Operations | Kuwait

China Communications Construction Co. Ltd. (CCCC) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant – Finance & Banking Operations to join its team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for accounting professionals with experience in banking operations, payroll processing, financial documentation, and construction industry finance.

Position: Accountant – Finance & Banking Operations

Location: Kuwait

• Handle daily banking transactions through NBK and other local banks.
• Process payments and maintain banking records.
• Manage payroll processing and employee payment activities.
• Prepare and process bank guarantees, letters of credit, and related documentation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day financial and banking operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare financial reports and banking documentation as required.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments on financial matters.
• Support construction project financial operations and administrative requirements.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait banking processes.
• NBK banking process experience is mandatory.
• Experience in construction company financial operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait.
