Application Engineer – VMS, ACS & SMS

A company in Kuwait is looking for a dynamic and motivated Application Engineer to support the installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of VMS, ACS, and SMS solutions.

Fresh graduates and candidates starting their engineering careers are welcome to apply.

• Install and configure VMS, ACS, and SMS applications.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for installed systems.
• Carry out routine maintenance and resolve application-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients regarding system requirements and technical support.
• Work closely with project and technical teams during installation and commissioning.
• Assist with system testing and final handover.
• Identify basic software, networking, and system issues.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and maintenance reports.
• Follow project procedures and company technical standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Related technical field
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with standard Windows applications.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
• Knowledge of software installation and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Transferable Article 18 residency in Kuwait is required.
