Job Vacancy: Arabic Cuisine Team Required

A well-known food and hospitality brand in Kuwait is looking for experienced professionals to join its growing Arabic Cuisine Team.

Candidates with relevant experience in Arabic cuisine, restaurant operations, catering, central kitchens, or large-scale food production are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with menu preparation and production planning.

• Prepare a variety of traditional and modern Arabic dishes.
• Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation.
• Manage food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain proper hygiene and food safety practices.

• Prepare Arabic dishes and ingredients according to kitchen requirements.
• Assist with daily food production and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.

• Supervise kitchen staff and daily production activities.
• Coordinate food preparation and workflow.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure kitchen operations are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Support management with staff coordination and operational requirements.

• Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation.
• Wash, clean, and prepare ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Support the kitchen team with daily operational tasks.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures.

• Valid Article 18 transferable residency is required.
• Previous experience in Arabic cuisine or food production is required.
• Experience in restaurants, catering, central kitchens, or large-scale food operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a professional kitchen team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Immediate joining is required/preferred.

• KD 230–600 per month, depending on position, experience, and skills.
