Urgent Hiring – Argon Welder (TIG & MIG) Required
A well-reputed company in Al Rai, Kuwait is urgently looking for skilled and experienced Argon Welders with practical knowledge of TIG and MIG welding. Candidates with good welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on metal components and structures.
- Read and understand basic welding drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces and materials before welding.
- Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment safely.
- Select the correct welding method, settings, and materials for each job.
- Ensure welds are strong, clean, accurate, and properly finished.
- Inspect completed welds and identify defects or imperfections.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, cutting, and finishing work when required.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper welding practices.
- Keep the welding area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other workshop or production team members.
- Proven experience as an Argon Welder / TIG & MIG Welder.
- Strong practical knowledge of TIG welding and MIG welding.
- Experience with metal fabrication and workshop welding is preferred.
- Ability to work with different types of metals and materials.
- Good knowledge of welding tools, machines, and equipment.
- Ability to produce neat and accurate welds.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and supervisor requirements.
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or production environment.
- Safety-conscious, hardworking, and reliable.
