Job Vacancy: Steel Spray Painters & Structural Fabricators

A company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is looking for experienced Steel Spray Painters and Steel Structural Fabricators to work on company projects.

Candidates with practical experience in steel painting, structural steel fabrication, metal works, and project-based fabrication are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare steel surfaces before painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or contaminants.
• Apply primer, protective coatings, and paint using spray-painting equipment.
• Ensure even and smooth paint coverage on steel structures and fabricated components.
• Follow required coating thickness, finishing, and project specifications.
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings according to requirements.
• Perform touch-ups and corrective painting when necessary.
• Protect surrounding areas from overspray during painting work.
• Inspect finished surfaces for proper coverage and quality.
• Maintain spray guns, painting tools, and equipment properly.
• Follow workplace safety and PPE requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fabricate structural steel components according to drawings and project requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, and prepare steel materials accurately.
• Assemble steel structures and fabricated components.
• Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
• Perform welding and other fabrication-related work as required.
• Check dimensions, alignment, and overall quality of fabricated structures.
• Use fabrication tools and workshop equipment safely.
• Assist with installation and modification of steel structures when required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow project specifications, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures.

• Previous experience as a Steel Spray Painter or Structural Steel Fabricator is required.
• Practical experience in steel painting or structural fabrication.
• Knowledge of steel surface preparation and protective coating application is an advantage for painters.
• Fabricators should have experience with steel cutting, measuring, assembling, and welding.
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to perform project-site duties.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work as part of a project team.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
