A chic artisan dessert salon and specialty boutique cafe in Kuwait City, Kuwait is recruiting a creative and meticulous Pastry Chef & Specialty Cake Baker.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, bake, and decorate custom celebration cakes, molten lava cakes, cheesecakes, and boutique desserts.
• Craft artisanal fillings, fruit compotes, ganaches, buttercreams, and mirror glazes from scratch.
• Decorate bespoke birthday and wedding cakes utilizing modern sugar art, piping, and fondant modeling.
• Manage daily pastry production schedules to guarantee fresh display counter assortments each morning.
• Ensure the highest standards of kitchen sanitization, personal hygiene, and temperature logging per health rules.
• Train apprentice pastry assistants and monitor inventory usage of premium imported chocolate and dairy.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a pastry chef or cake artist in luxury bakeries, boutique cafes, or 5-star hotels.
• Fluent conversational and professional Arabic language proficiency is strictly required.
• Asian nationality candidates preferred as per team structure.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18) with immediate availability.
