Immediately Wanted – Civil Supervisor Required in Kuwait
A reputed construction company in Farwaniya, Kuwait is looking for a Civil Supervisor to join its project team.
The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating material installation at site, preparing reports, and supporting the project team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Fresh graduates from Engineering colleges may also apply.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise manpower and daily activities at the construction site.
- Coordinate and monitor civil works and material installation.
- Ensure assigned work is completed according to project requirements.
- Guide workers and distribute daily tasks effectively.
- Monitor the use and installation of construction materials.
- Coordinate with site teams and management to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and other required site reports.
- Monitor work progress and report project updates to management.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly project targets.
- Ensure site activities follow company instructions and safety requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities and manpower.
- Engineering qualification is preferred.
- Fresh graduates from Engineering colleges may apply.
- Previous construction or civil site experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction site activities and manpower supervision.
- Ability to coordinate workers and site activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Responsible, organized, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a construction-site environment.
- Article 18 residency required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Salary: KWD 250 per month.
- Full-time position.
