WE ARE HIRING – ERP IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
ReliableSuite is looking for an experienced and customer-focused ERP Implementation & Support Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with ERP or accounting software implementation, customer support, user training, troubleshooting, and software configuration.
Candidates who are comfortable working both onsite and remotely and are willing to travel to customer locations are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Install and configure ERP and business software applications.
- Support onsite ERP implementation at customer locations.
- Assist customers with system setup and configuration.
- Provide user training and support during the go-live process.
- Assist with data setup, migration, and data import activities.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot ERP application and system-related issues.
- Provide basic support for SQL Server and business applications.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Coordinate technical issues with the development team.
- Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain good communication with customers throughout implementation and support.
- Document customer issues, solutions, and implementation activities.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Previous experience with ERP, accounting, or business software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Excel
- ERP applications
- ERP implementation and technical support experience is preferred.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train users and explain software functions clearly.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Kuwait driving license and personal vehicle are preferred.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
