Job Vacancy: Experienced Accountant

A company in Murqab, Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Odoo ERP, good leadership and problem-solving abilities, and excellent English communication skills.

Candidates with experience handling bank guarantees and letters of credit (LCs) will have an added advantage.

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and documentation.
• Work efficiently using the Odoo ERP system.
• Prepare and organize accounting and financial reports as required.
• Review financial information and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist with banking and finance-related activities.
• Handle assigned accounting tasks responsibly and within deadlines.
• Identify accounting or operational issues and assist in finding appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Support management with accounting-related information when required.
• Maintain professional standards and confidentiality when handling financial data.

• Proven experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP is required.
• Good leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle challenges and solve problems effectively.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and manage accounting responsibilities.
• Experience with bank facilities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of bank guarantees and Letters of Credit (LCs) is an added advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
