• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.

• Respond politely to customer requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with kitchen and catering staff for smooth service.
• Follow company hygiene and food-safety standards.

• Support the catering team with daily service requirements.
