We are looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team and oversee vehicle fleet operations, driver management, and fleet performance monitoring.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the Automotive Industry, particularly in vehicle rental and leasing operations.

Position: Fleet Supervisor (Projects)
Location: Kuwait

 Supervise and manage fleet vehicles and drivers

 Monitor vehicle utilization and operational performance

 Track GPS systems and monitor vehicle movements

 Monitor fuel consumption and prepare efficiency reports

 Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and inspections

 Ensure compliance with company fleet policies and safety standards

 Manage fleet documentation and operational records

 Support project transportation and vehicle allocation requirements

 Coordinate with drivers and operational teams for daily activities

 Mandatory experience in the Automotive Industry

 Experience in Rental & Leasing Operations is highly preferred

 Experience with:

• GPS Tracking Systems
• Fuel Consumption Monitoring
• Fleet Operations Management

 Experience managing vehicles and drivers

 Fluent in English and Arabic

 Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills

 Immediate joiners preferred

 Valid Article 18 Ahli / Projects Visa
